Game 1 between the Panthers and Bruins is set for Monday at 8 p.m. from Amerant Bank Arena
The Florida Panthers will take the ice for a full team practice in Fort Lauderdale on Sunday.
When they do, they’ll be able to focus on a postseason opponent for the first time since eliminating the Tampa Bay Lightning in five games last Monday.
That’s because the Boston Bruins defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 7 at TD Garden on Saturday night, earning a trip to round two and a date with the Panthers.

It’ll be a rematch of last season’s first round matchup, in which Florida defeated the Bruins in seven games after trailing in the series 3-1.
Florida went 0-2-2 against Boston during the regular season, with the two regulation losses coming on home ice.
The Panthers used a late-season 5-0-1 stretch, with the one overtime loss coming to Boston, to leapfrog the Bruins and claim first place in the Atlantic Division.
That’s the reason Monday’s Game 1 is taking place in Sunrise instead of Boston.
Speaking of Game 1, puck drop is set for Monday night at 8 p.m. from Amerant Bank Arena.
Here is how the schedule looks for the rest of the series, though start times haven't been announced past Game 3:
Game 2: Wednesday, May 8 at Amerant Bank Arena, time 7:30 p.m., airing on ESPN
