The Minnesota Wild have acquired defenseman Jeff Petry from the Florida Panthers in exchange for a conditional 2026 seventh-round pick. 

The condition is that if the Wild win two playoff rounds and Petry plays in 50 percent of those games, the pick will upgrade to a 2026 fifth-round pick.
