
The former Wild forward has signed a one-year deal with the New Jersey Devils.
The New Jersey Devils announced on Monday that they have re-signed Adam Beckman signed a one-year, two-way contract worth $775,000 at the NHL level and $125,000 ($150,000 guaranteed) in the AHL with the Devils.
The former Wild forward was traded to New Jersey for Graeme Clarke, who is still an unsigned RFA by the Wild.
Beckman, 23, played in 11 games for the Wild last season and recorded a career-high two assists. All 11 games came in the WIld’s final 20 contests of the 2023-24 season.
The 6-foot-2 forward played in parts of four seasons with Iowa in his AHL career. He has totaled 57 goals, 51 assists, and 108 points in 181 regular-season contests.
Clarke, 23, recorded 25 goals and 49 points in 67 games for the Utica Comets in the American Hockey League (AHL) last season.
The native of Minnesota has collected 68 goals and 149 points in 218 career AHL games and was originally selected by New Jersey in the third round (80th overall) of the 2019 NHL Draft.
New Jersey drafted him five picks after the Wild took Beckman.
