According to McKeen's Hockey, the Wild have two players in the top 25 prospects in the NHL.

Wild rank as the 5th best Prospect Pool in the NHL.

McKeen's Hockey dropped their prospect rankings recently from team rankings to the top prospects in the game today. The Wild have two players from their organization in the top 25. 

The top 25 prospects by McKeen's Hockey includes players who have been drafted. San Jose Sharks' Will Smith ranks as the No. 1 prospect in the NHL on the list. 

For the Wild, Jesper Wallstedt ranks ninth. Danila Yurov is the other Wild prospect on the list. He ranks 25th. 

Wallstedt, 21, was a first round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft by the Wild. He played in 45 AHL games this season for the Iowa Wild. He went 22-19-4 with a 2.70 goals-against average and a .910 save percentage with two shutouts. 

He started three games in the NHL as well and went 2-1-0 with a 3.01 goals-against average and a .897 save percentage with one shutout.

Yurov, 20, was a first round pick by the Wild in the 2022 NHL Draft. He notched 21 goals and 49 points in 62 KHL games for Metallurg Magnitogorsk this year and broke Vladimir Tarasenko's KHL record for most points as a U20.

He also won the KHL Championship where he recorded six goals and nine points in 23 playoffs games for Metallurg. Yurov signed a one-year extension to stay in the KHL next season.
