They did not make qualifying offers to Graeme Clarke, Adam Raska, Luke Toporowski, and Ryan O’Rourke.
A qualifying offer (QO) is a one-year contract that a team must give to a restricted free agent (RFA) to keep their negotiating rights. If the team does not extend a qualifying offer by the deadline, the player becomes an unrestricted free agent (UFA).
Milne and Rossi are now free agents but the Wild will have a chance to match any offer that is sent to the two players if they get offered by a team. The four guys the Wild did not extend QO's to are now free agents.
Only Ryan O'Rourke was drafted by the team. He was a second round pick by the Wild in 2020. He was the 39th overall pick by the Wild.
In four years in the American Hockey League (AHL), O'Rourke has recorded six goals, 34 assists and 40 points in 229 career AHL games. He is now a free agent and can sign with any team.
