New Jersey has an all-time record of 33-41-9-2 against Arizona.

The New Jersey Devils will face the Arizona Coyotes on Saturday evening at Mullett Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 5:00 P.M. EST. Interim head coach Travis Green met with the attending media at 11:50 A.M. MST.

Green confirmed goaltender Kaapo Kahkonen will start against Arizona. It will be his second game since being acquired at the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline. In his first outing, Kahkonen made 23 saves on 25 shots in his team's 3-1 loss to the New York Rangers.

Defenseman John Marino remains out with an upper-body injury.

Devils @ Coyotes - Mullett Arena

The Devils have a 0-0-1 record against the Coyotes this season. In their previous meeting, the Devils lost 4-3 in a shootout at Prudential Center. Jesper Bratt scored twice in regulation, and Dougie Hamilton scored on the power play. Goaltender Akira Schmid finished the game with a .909 save percentage.

The Coyotes are seventh in the Central Division (27-35-5). They are coming off a 4-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings. Goaltender Connor Ingram made 28 saves, and Clayton Keller collected two points.
