The New Jersey Devils remain without defenseman John Marino, who missed his team's last game against the Ottawa Senators with an undisclosed injury.
During his pregame media availability on Saturday, interim head coach Travis Green said the blueliner would be questionable for Sunday's game against the Nashville Predators.
Today, Green confirmed Marino has an upper-body injury. Nick DeSimone will remain in the lineup.
The 26-year-old has appeared in 71 games this season and has 25 points (four goals, 21 assists). Marino is one point shy of tying his career-high of 26 points, which he earned in the 2019-20 season as a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
