The New Jersey Devils will host the Winnipeg Jets at Prudential Center on Thursday night. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. The Devils held an optional morning skate, and interim head coach Travis Green met with the media at 11:00 A.M.

Quick Hits:

  • Tyler Toffoli and Colin Miller will return to Prudential Center for the first time since being traded to Winnipeg. Per Wednesday's practice, Toffoli is expected to play on a line with Nikolaj Ehlers and Sean Monahan. Miller was paired with Brenden Dillon.
  • After taking a maintenance day on Wednesday, Green confirmed Jack Hughes would be in Thursday's lineup.
  • Defenseman John Marino remains out of the lineup with an upper-body injury. As of Wednesday afternoon, Green had no further updates on the 26-year-old.
  • Jake Allen is making his third straight start. The veteran netminder last started three consecutive games early last season against the Seattle Kraken, Los Angeles Kings, and Calgary Flames.
