NEWARK, N.J. -- In February, New Jersey Devils forward Jesper Bratt and Goaltender Jacob Markstrom will represent Team Sweden at the 4 Nations Face-Off.

New Jersey Has A Deep Offense

The 4 Nations Face-Off will be held from Feb. 12 to 20, 2025, in Boston and Montreal and will include Canada, Sweden, Finland, and the USA.

Many project Bratt as a middle-six forward playing with either New York Rangers' Mika Zibanejad or possibly Joel Eriksson Ek of the Minnesota Wild as his center. The winger previously played for the Swedish national team in the 2019 IIHF World Championship.

This season, Bratt has a team-leading 35 points (12 goals, 23 assists) in 28 games. He is currently on a three-game point streak, during which he has collected seven points.

New Jersey's netminder won the 2013 World Championship with Sweden. He was also named to Sweden's roster for the 2016 World Cup of Hockey, where he backed up Henrik Lundqvist.

Markstrom is playing his first season in New Jersey after being acquired in a trade on  June 19, 2024. He has 12 wins, tied for third-most in the league. The 34-year-old has a .907 save percentage and a 2.54 goals-against average.
