    According to reports, Alexis Lafreniere and Brennan Othmann will have the opportunity to play on their opposite at training camp next week.

    When the New York Rangers drafted Alexis Lafreniere and Brennan Othmann, the club already employed two cornerstone flankers on the left side Artemi Panarin and Chris Kreider.

    According to multiple reports, both prospects will have the opportunity to play on their off-wing to compete for a roster position.

    Currently, the Ranger's natural right wing consists of Kaapo Kakko, Blake Wheeler, and Alex Belzile.
