The Philadelphia Flyers have announced that they have activated defenseman Jamie Drysdale and goaltender Samuel Ersson off injured reserve.

In addition to activating Drysdale and Ersson, the Flyers also announced that both players will return to action for tonight's (Dec. 8) contest against the Utah Hockey Club

Drysdale, 22, has not played since the Flyers' Nov. 9 contest against the Florida Panthers. However, after missing 12 games, Drysdale is now ready to go and will look to make a positive impact from here.
