The latest development in Hart's embroilment in the 2018 Hockey Canada sexual assault case.

Carter Hart has officially moved to the non-roster list, per CapFriendly.
Hart was announced to be taking an indefinite leave of absence for "personal reasons" on Jan. 23, and shortly after, was named as one of the five professional hockey players being asked to surrender to London, Ontario police on sexual assault charges.
Hart's name has long been linked with the 2018 Canadian World Juniors team that has been accused of sexual assaulting a young woman in a hotel after a Hockey Canada golf and gala event. His lawyers have put out a statement on behalf of Hart, stating that he is "innocent" and that they "will provide a full response to this false allegation."
