The Philadelphia Flyers have placed two of their players on waivers.

Cam York's breakout season showcased major improvements in his all-around game, solidifying his role as a key defensive presence. With a new season on the horizon, York is ready to elevate his play even further, eyeing a leadership role and continued growth in the years ahead.

The Philadelphia Flyers have placed Olle Lycksell and Anthony Richard on waivers.

Lycksell, 25, appeared in 18 games for the Flyers this past season, posting one goal, five points, four hits, and an even plus/minus rating. Down in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, he was quite impactful, recording 19 goals and 39 points in 38 games.

Richard, 25, signed a two-year, two-way contract with the Philadelphia Flyers this off-season. The 2015 fourth-round pick appeared in nine games for the Boston Bruins last season, where he had one goal and three points. Down in the AHL with the Providence Bruins in 2023-24, he had 25 goals and 55 points in 59 games.
