The Philadelphia Flyers have been a pleasant surprise so far this season. Ranking fourth in the Metropolitan Division is no easy feat, and they have done so by being a solid defensive team.
Sean Walker. The team just got back Marc Staal and Rasmus Ristolainen from injury. This gives them some extra bodies to work with as the season progresses.
This also gives them trade flexibility, and increases their leverage as a seller. One potential piece that was featured on Frank Seravalli's Top 20 Trade Board was right handed blueliner Sean Walker.
Sean Walker.Walker is #8 on Seravalli's board. He's averaged 21:23 of ice time per game this season - which is almost three full minutes more than his previous career high in 2019-20.
This season he has 10 points in 22 games to go with a 54.4 Corsi For Percentage. He can play shorthanded or on the power play. All in all, he's a great two-way defenseman with a reasonable $2.65-million cap hit contract for the rest of this season.
