The San Jose Barracuda have released their full schedule, but some San Jose natives downtown helped by guessing opponents based on the logo.
Fans were shown an image of the opponent and asked to guess the team name and location. The 'Cuda used their answers as the team name and when they would host them at Tech CU Arena this season.
Some team names didn't even include locations. One fan at the start called the Coachella Valley Firebirds the "Flaming Hawks."
Later in the video called the San Diego Gulls, the "San Francisco Seagulls."
The Cuda are entering their 10th season in San Jose after moving from Worcester, Mass., and will play a team from the Eastern Conference for the second straight season. Last season, the Charlotte Checkers and the Barracuda played each other for the first time.
The Toronto Maple Leafs' AHL affiliate, the Toronto Marlies, will visit San Jose and play two games on Jan. 25 and 26.
When shown the logo, one fan knew that the Marlies logo wasn't the Maple Leafs, but another fan called the team the "Maple Syrup Leafs."
The 72-game schedule is set to begin Oct. 12 on the road against the Ontario Reign, or "The Crowns," as one fan called them.
