San Jose Barracuda forward Tristen Robins has yet to play a game this season.

San Jose Barracuda forward Tristen Robins has yet to play a game this season.

Robins was injured during a Cuda preseason game in early October but was not expected to miss time.

Robins was going to take a prominent role for the San Jose Sharks minor league affiliate. Last season, Robins finished 5th on the team scoring with 38 points (17 goals, 21 assists) in 64 games.

Robins might've been a call-up for the Sharks earlier in the year when they dealt with Mikael Granlund's injury. With Ryan Carpenter also on IR, Robins could've been an option again.

The forward is skating but still hasn't played this season. The young forward still has some time to play most of the season, but it is concerning that he has yet to play a game.
