    Tomas Hertl scored his fourth goal of the season for the Sharks, and Mackenzie Blackwood made 35 saves.

    Canucks Forward Nils Hoglander was ejected from the game at 18:31 of the second period for slewfooting Kevin Labanc.

    The Sharks gave up a shorthanded goal with 0.7 seconds left on the clock in the second frame.
