Zadina set a career-high in points in a single game. Luke Kunin scored two goals as well. San Jose also got goals from Mikael Granlund and Justin Bailey. Mackenzie Blackwood had to be strong early before his team picked up the offense, and he made 31 saves.

Nazem Kadri scored early in the first period, and Mikael Backlund scored in the second. Andrei Kuzmenko scored his third goal since joining the Flames. Dustin Wolf struggled in goal and made 24 saves.

The Sharks penalty kill was stellar as they went five for five. San Jose came into the night with the 31st-ranked PK in the league.

Nazem Kadri puts the puck in after crashing the net. The Sharks turned the puck over inside the offensive blue line, causing the Flames to attack the other way, three on two. It was Kadri's 17th goal of the season.

Mikael Granlund beats Wolf for his sixth goal of the season after Filip Zadina made a great pass.

The Sharks' fourth line creates another turnover, and Zadina and Justin Bailey complete a superb passing sequence. Bailey had a wide-open net to shoot at for his 4th of the season.

Luke Kunin just got the puck to go in, but nobody knew, so the play continued. Over 30 seconds later, the officials were asked to review the goal and found the puck had completely crossed the goalline for Kunin's 7th of the season.

Mikael Backlund scored his 12th goal of the season with chaos in front of the net. David Quinn was challenged for goalie interference but lost the challenge.

Filip Zadina with a terrific deflection for his third point of the night and 6th goal of the season.

Zadina scored again 37 seconds after he scored his first of the game. He has two goals and two assists.

Luke Kunin scores his second of the game to make it 6-2.

Andrei Kuzmenko scores to make it 6-3.
