The San Jose Sharks will see two familiar faces when they take on the Dallas Stars on Saturday.

It has only been a week since Mikael Granlund and Cody Ceci were dealt to the Dallas Stars for two draft picks. Losing the two, especially Granlund, has impacted the young locker room.
"It's going to be a little bit weird," Sharks center Will Smith told THN. "[Granlund and Ceci], they are obviously great guys. I got to play with Granny a lot, so [we have a] pretty good connection. I'd say it's tough he had to leave. It won't be fun going against him, but that's part of it."
Granlund has two assists in three games with the Stars. He's been playing on the second line with Matt Duchene and Mason Marchment.
Ceci has one assist and has often been paired with Esa Lindell on the second pair.
Sharks rookie Collin Graf wasn't in the NHL when Mackenzie Blackwood was dealt to the Colorado Avalanche and returned to play against San Jose shortly after.
For him, seeing Granlund return so quickly but in a different jersey will be the first time he's experienced anything like this.
"It'll be weird, especially since [it was] mid-year," Graf told THN. "I think college and the transfer portal was sort of my first taste of that. But that was a whole different year. I think within a month, it'll be a little weird."

The Sharks are looking to end a three-game losing streak tonight. Last night, Dallas lost to the Los Angeles Kings 5-4 in a shootout.
