San Jose Sharks top prospect Quentin Musty scored Team USA White's first goal of the 2024 World Junior Summer Showcase.
Video of his goal hasn't surfaced yet, but the big winger used his size to get his body in front of the net to score on a rebound, according to those in attendance.
Should Musty not make the opening night roster out of training camp, he is in for a big season. The winger has taken his Summer seriously by changing his training.
If Musty is sent back to the OHL after training camp, the winger could play a prominent role on Team USA's 2025 IIHF World Junior Tournament team. Some media members believe Musty should've joined fellow Sharks prospect Will Smith on the 2024 squad.
The Sharks' prospect pool is among the top in the league, and each player's development is critical to future success.
