It's go-time for the Lightning as they continue their quest for the playoffs.

With the All-Star Break now behind us, its go-time for the Lightning. The team reconvened on Monday for their first day back at practice. The Bolts started the bye-week off in the win column, finding success in eight of their last nine games. That success brought them back up to third in the Atlantic Division.

After a slow start to the season, the number one mission for the Lightning is to secure a spot in the NHL playoffs. After making a few tweaks in the D-zone, the players are starting to show more confidence. Mitchell Chaffee and Emil Lilleberg, who seem to have adjusted well since making the shift from Syracuse to Tampa, were included in the practice lineup on Monday, indicating they will be staying.

The team had good news on the injury-front as defensemen Mikhail Sergachev and Erik Cernak were both back on the ice at practice. Lightning coach Jon Cooper indicated that Tanner Jeannot would not be ready to play against the Rangers, but the hope is he can get back into the lineup during the trip.

The Bolts will kick off a four-game road trip on Wednesday starting in New York and ending in Boston. They want to pick up where they left off as the month of February will provide their fair share of difficult matchups.
