This Lightning forward is dealing with another injury.
The 2023-24 season has not been kind to Tampa Bay Lightning forward Tanner Jeannot. He has dealt with multiple injuries, and the injury bug is biting him yet again.
The Lightning announced before Thursday's matchup against the Montreal Canadiens that Jeannot has suffered an upper-body injury. He is expected to be out day-to-day.
While this latest Jeannot injury is expected to be short-term, it is still difficult to hear that he will at least miss some time.

Jeannot left the Lightning's last game against the Toronto Maple Leafs early after fighting Ryan Reaves. While it was initially believed that he was okay, things have changed on that front, as evidenced by this latest development.
In 50 games this season, Jeannot has six goals, 13 points, 71 penalty minutes, and 198 penalty minutes.
