Nick Robertson and Simon Benoit are veterans in a group of depth players making the trip.
Nick Robertson will have another chance to impress the Maple Leafs' staff with a game against the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday night.
The 23-year-old will be part of Toronto's squad heading to Montreal on Saturday for the team's fourth pre-season game. He scored the game-winning goal on Thursday against the Canadiens and hopes he can likely have a strong showing again.
Simon Benoit will make the trip to his hometown and will have a few family and friends in attendance.
"For me playing against them, it's always a fun day. I know I'm going to have family and friends looking, so I'm looking forward to it."
while Steven Lorentz will also look to build off the solid impression he has made so far. The 2024 Stanley Cup champion was signed to a professional tryout this summer. He was on a line with David Kampf and Ryan Reaves during the team's 2-1 win against Montreal on Thursday.

Easton Cowan will also be in the lineup and is the only Leafs players at camp to dress in all of the club's pre-season games thus far.
"I thought he had his best game (most recently against Montreal)," Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube said of Cowan. "Skating, attacking, that second and third effort that he gives you. He can make plays. We all know that.
"He can do his thing, but details of the game and playing smart and doing the right things is what I'm looking for tonight."
The game can be found in the Maple Leafs' region on TSN4 and the Habs' region on TSN2. Puck drop is scheduled for just after 7:00 p.m. ET.
