The couple showed off their dance moves after the country music star revealed that Marner's fiancée — Stephanie LaChance — is her No. 1 fan.
Mitch Marner decided to surprise his fiancée at the Shania Twain concert in Toronto on Friday.
Twain brought her ‘Queen of Me’ tour to Toronto over the weekend. In the middle of her set, the Canadian country music start invited the Toronto Maple Leafs forward and his fiancée — Stephanie LaChance — on stage as the couple showed off their dance moves.
Twain invited the couple after reading a letter addressed to her from Mitch.
"My fiancée is your No. 1 fan. When she was young she used to make up her own dances to all of your songs," the letter said. "This is a big surprise for her tonight and I'm hoping she remembers some of the moves."
Marner and his Marner Assist Foundation actually teamed up with Twain for a VIP giveaway that included meeting both Mitch and Shania as well as a signed Marner Maple Leafs jersey.
Marner and LaChance are set to tie the knot next month.
