The Utah Mammoth have released their 2025-26 opening night roster and although there aren't a lot of surprises, there was a few moves that caught some eyes.
Starting out with the forwards, there wasn't many surprises. Along with releasing their roster, the Mammoth made two corresponding roster moves. They sent Tij Iginla back to the Kelowna Rockets of the WHL and sent Daniil But down to their American Hockey League affiliate the Tucson Roadrunners.
For the rest of the forward group, it looks like this:

#9 Clayton Keller
#11 Dylan Guenther
#13 Brandon Tanev
#22 Jack McBain
#27 Barrett Hayton
#36 Andrew Agozzino
#53 Michael Carcone
#56 Kailer Yamamoto
#67 Lawson Crouse
#77 JJ Peterka
#82 Kevin Stenlund
Next, let's take a look at the defensemen that made the team. Overall, not too many surprises other than Dmitri Simashev has made the opening night roster.
Here is what the blue line will look like:
#2 Olli Määttä

Lastly, the goaltenders. After the Mammoth traded Connor Ingram to the Edmonton Oilers. It made it abundantly clear that they had their goalies in mind and weren't going to change their minds. So, here are the two goalies that will work the crease for Utah.
