This battle will feature two of the top four teams in the NHL, with each having a chance to hit 55 points on the season. Vancouver will also be looking to break a three-game losing streak to New York, which includes an overtime loss from earlier this season.
Tonight's game will be the perfect opportunity for the Canucks to compare themselves to a Stanley Cup contender. Ian Cole
With Carson Soucy and Nikita Zadorov back in the lineup, Vancouver has moved Ian Cole to the right side. Playing against a powerhouse New York team, this will be an excellent opportunity to see if this experiment works or if the Canucks will need to make some moves before the trade deadline.
Chris Kreider
Chris Kreider may be one of the most underrated players in the NHL. He continually delivers for the Rangers and is one of two skaters to hit the 20-goal mark this season. Currently on a three-game point streak versus Vancouver, do not be surprised to see him on the scoresheet at the end of the game.
