Aiden Celebrini will wear an "A" for Boston University.
Vancouver Canucks prospect Aiden Celebrini will wear a letter this season in the NCAA. The 21-year-old defenceman was named an assistant captain for Boston University. Celebrini will join Kamil Bednarik, Jack Harvey, Nick Roukounakis and Mick Frechette as part of the leadership group.
Celebrini is heading into his final NCAA season. Over the last four years, he has played 102 points and recorded 21 points. Celebrini was drafted by Vancouver in 2023, where he was selected 171st.
This season, Celebrini will be joined at Boston University by two other Canucks prospects. Caleb Malhotra and Niklas Aaram-Olsen will be making their NCAA debuts with the Terriers in 2026-27. Boston University kicks off its season on October 2 when they visit the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
