The Vancouver Canucks will debut their new metallic blue helmets against the St. Louis Blues tonight.

The Vancouver Canucks will debut their new metallic blue helmets against the St. Louis Blues tonight. 

As stated above, the Canucks will wear this new helmet twice this season. Like other specialty uniforms or designs, all proceeds will go to the Canucks for Kids fund. 

The Canucks also hold a 50/50 raffle every home game, where half of the pot goes to the Canucks for Kids fund as well.

The Canucks for Kids funds are now holding an action for player baskets. Canucks players will put together baskets and allow fans to get game-used gear and merchandise.

It will be an exciting look for the Canucks tonight. They will join the Los Angeles Kings and Vegas Golden Knights with special shiny helmets. The Canucks are emphasizing that this helmet is metallic and not chrome, however. 

Puck drop is at 7 p.m.
