Despite an otherwise unassuming QMJHL career statline, Angelo Fullerton will go down in history in Cape Breton as one of the team's most iconic goal-scorers, having scored the overtime winner what is now dubbed 'The Midnight Marathon'—the 5OT playoff thriller against the Baie-Comeau Drakkar.
Fullerton's time in Cape Breton has unfortunately come to an end after three seasons as the prospective overager has been dealt to the Saint John Sea Dogs for a fifth round pick.
Fullerton, 20, is coming off of a 16-point (6+10), 46-game season after missing the first part of the season after he and teammates Brayden Schmitt and Lucas Romeo were involved in a car accidenty ahead of the 2024-25 season.
