Among them is 2025 NHL draft prospect defenseman Carlos Handel of the Halifax Mooseheads.
Handel, 17, has amassed 11 points (2+9) over 28 games with the Mooseheads, after being selected in the first round of the CHL import draft earlier this summer.
Last year, Handel was a point-per-game (0+5) across five games at the Div-I A Under-18s and twice represented Germany at the Hlinka Gretzky, picking up three points (1+2) over eight games.
Joining him is Moncton Wildcats centerman Julius Sumpf.
Sumpf, 19, has 37 points (16+21) across just 29 games with the Wildcats this season.
This will be the Munich native's second time representing Germany at the World Juniors, notching a goal and two assists over five games at last year's tournament. He also played four games at the Hlinka Gretzky, and was one of the team's alternate captains at the Under-18s where he potted four points (2+2) over four games.
Despite representing Germany internationally, Sumpf is also a Canadian citizen and count against the Wildcats import tally.
Another familiar name on the team is former QMJHL defender Norwin Panocha, who -- after a stint in the WHL -- is currently with the Green Bay Gamblers of the USHL.
The Buffalo Sabres 2023 seventh rounder played with the Chicoutimi Saguenéens during the 2023-24 season, where he had 15 points (0+15) over 52 games.
Like Sumpf, Panocha played with the U-20 squad last season, potting a goal in 5 games.
