
The Montréal Canadiens have selected Bryce Pickford 81st overall in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft. The 18-year-old was the 16th WHLer selected and third of the third round. Listed at 6'1", 183 lbs, Pickford put scouts on notice with a monster performance in the 2025 WHL playoffs.
The Tigers defender tied a league record over the postseason, matching a mark of 13 goals by a defenceman. In his first season with the Tigers, Pickford played just 48 regular season games and collected 47 points with 20 of those being goals.
