Aiden Foster is headed to Brandon.

The Prince George Cougars and Brandon Wheat Kings have made a trade. Prince George has sent forward Aiden Foster to Brandon for four draft picks. Those picks are a third-rounder in 2028, a conditional first-rounder in 2029, a sixth-rounder in 2029 and a fourth-rounder in 2030.

Foster has spent his entire four-year WHL career with the Cougars. In 2025, he was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning 127th overall. This year, Foster has played four games and recorded five points.

Foster is known for his physical brand of hockey. In 203 regular-season games, he has recorded 67 points and 380 penalty minutes. Foster ranks 13th all-time in franchise history for penalty minutes and sits behind players such as Dustin Byfuglien, Derek Boogaard and Dan Hamhuis.
