The 2025 Hlinka Gretzky Cup continued on Tuesday with Team Switzerland, USA, Sweden, and Canada skating away with victories. Overall, there were a handful of strong performances, with WHLers leaving their mark on Day 3. Here is a look at Noah Davidson, Liam Ruck and Daxon Rudolph, who all played key roles on Wednesday.

    Noah Davidson- Team USA

Davidson was impressive during Team USA's 8-1 victory over Germany. The Medicine Hat Tigers forward recorded two assists and was a pain for the Germans to deal with all game. If Team USA want to leave this tournament with a Gold Medal, they will need Davidson to have a similar performance in the semifinal.

    Liam Ruck- Team Canada

Liam Ruck had a night to remember in Canada's 5-0 victory over Czechia. The Tigers forward scored twice, including the game-winner. Playing a line with his brother Marcus as well as Spokane Chiefs forward Mathis Preston, the WHL trio has been dynamic since being put together in the third period against Switzerland.

    Daxon Rudolph- Team Canada

Daxon Rudolph was a difference maker for Canada in their victory over Czechia. The Prince Albert Raiders defenceman scored a goal, recorded an assist and was a key part of Canada's penalty kill. A projected top-15 pick in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft, Rudolph has been able to showcase during the tournament just how impactful he can be at both ends of the ice.
