Sarah Fillier addressed media this week calling the chance to go first overall in the 2024 PWHL Draft "what you dream of."
The Princeton captain and Team Canada member is the projected first overall pick in the draft after scoring 30 goals and and 43 points in 29 games, the equivalent of 1.48 points per game this season.
She also helped Canada win gold at the 2024 IIHF World Championships. Playing for Canada Fillier is no stranger to success as she's a two-time World Championship All-Star. In 2023, Fillier was named MVP of the World Championships.
This season with Princeton, the star forward who plays both center and wing was a Second Team All-American.
