

With a 3-1 win in game four on Wednesday night the Colorado Eagles have eliminated the San Jose Barracuda from the Calder Cup Playoffs and advanced to the Pacific Division Finals.
Colorado's top line of Jayson Megna, Tye Felhaber, and Matthew Phillips led the way for the team offensively with each player registering six points in four games.
Felhaber scored the game winning goal in game four less than 24 hours after Phillips ended game three in overtime.
Eddie Shore Award winner Jacob MacDonald recorded two assists in the series after leading the team with a recorded-setting 31 goals this season. Four different defensemen notched at least two points for the Eagles as they continue to produce offense from the back-end.
Eagles goaltender Trent Miner and Barracuda goaltender Yaroslav Askarov - who left game three in overtime - each had fantastic showings this series, Miner finished with a .939 SP while Askarov had a .935.
The Barracuda were dealing with multiple injuries up front, with Thomas Bordeleau, Colin White, and AHL MVP Andrew Poturalski all missing games.
The Eagles will take on the winner of the Coachella Valley Firebirds and Abbotsford Canucks series, Abbotsford currently leads two games to one.
