However, the Bruins won't be facing off against him today (Oct. 14), as Panthers head coach Paul Maurice told reporters that Tkachuk is expected to be out for a week due to an illness.
Due to his ongoing illness, Tkachuk missed the Panthers' last contest against the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday (Oct. 12).
