During the 2022-23 season, the Boston Bruins received remarkable goaltending from Linus Ullmark and Jeremy Swayman. Ullmark not only won the Vezina Trophy, but both netminders won the William M. Jennings Trophy for allowing the fewest goals against in the league as a tandem.

Swayman and Ullmark followed up their outstanding 2022-23 seasons quite well. Swayman sported a 25-10-8 record, a 2.53 GAA, and a .916 SV%. Ullmark had nearly identical stats to Swayman, posting a 22-10-7 record, a 2.57 GAA, and a .915 SV%. As a result of their excellent play, Boston is once again among the top teams in the NHL this year.
However, while Swayman and Ullmark once again had great seasons, they have officially been dethroned from their reigns as Jennings Trophy winners. Winnipeg Jets star netminder Connor Hellebuyck is officially this year's winner due to his dominant campaign.

Hellebuyck, 30, sported a 37-19-4 record, a 2.39 GAA, and a .921 SV% in 60 games. He was the main reason for the Jets' excellent 2023-24 campaign and is the clear favorite for the Vezina this season.
