This Bruins rookie scored a fantastic goal in Game 1 against the Panthers.

The Boston Bruins started off Round 2 with a bang, defeating the Florida Panthers by a 5-1 final score. While the Panthers scored the first goal of the game, the Bruins dominated by recording five unanswered goals. Jeremy Swayman was also lights out, saving 38 out of 39 shots.

Bruins forward Justin Brazeau also played a role in the club's win. The 26-year-old rookie scored his first career playoff goal to give the Bruins a 4-1 lead in the third period.

Brazeau's first career playoff goal was a real beauty, too. After retrieving the puck in the neutral zone, Brazeau drove to the net hard and beat Panthers goalie Sergei Bobrovsky top shelf with an excellent backhander.

Brazeau has been a great story for the Bruins this year, and he is only continuing to build on it this postseason. It's surreal to think that he played under AHL deals with Providence for the last three years before getting his NHL contract earlier this season. Clearly, he's an NHL-level talent.
