This former Bruins forward is starting to find his groove with his new team.

Former Boston Bruins forward Jake DeBrusk left the Original Six club this past off-season when he signed a seven-year, $38.5 million deal. His absence has been felt, as the Bruins have struggled to produce offense this season.
DeBrusk's start with the Canucks was a bit underwhelming, as he had just four assists in his first nine games. However, the 2015 first-round pick is now starting to heat up significantly with his new club.
DeBrusk has three goals and five points over his last six games. With this, he now has nine points in his first 15 games with the Canucks.

It is not particularly surprising to see DeBrusk starting to find his groove with the Canucks. When with the Bruins, he had three seasons with at least 25 goals and five seasons with at least 40 points. His best campaign was in 2022-23, when he had 27 goals and 50 points in 64 games.
Seeing how DeBrusk builds on his hot streak from here will be interesting.
