Game one of the Edmonton Oilers vs the Vancouver Canucks begins tonight. The Oilers begin this second round series on the road - facing off in Vancouver tonight and Friday night.
The Oilers look to keep the good vibes rolling - considering that they dispatched the Los Angeles Kings in five games, that shouldn't be hard. What will be hard however, is scoring. They are up against one of the tightest defensive teams that are participating in these playoffs.

Earlier today Canucks head coach Rick Tocchet confirmed that Arturs Silovs will be their starting goaltender. The Oilers will counter with Stuart Skinner.

Silovs has played in three games this post season - where he has a 2-1-0 record to go along with 1.70 goals against average (GAA) and a .938 save percentage (SV%).
As is customary with the playoffs - we are guaranteed to see either a defensive clinic or a track meet. Which one will we see tonight?
Both teams have the horses to do damage on the other - and neither team should sleep on the other. Fans could be in for some very exciting hockey tonight.
