Edmonton Oilers' forward Corey Perry has something in common with Zack Kassian.
EDMONTON -- The Edmonton Oilers dropped a 6-5 overtime decision to the Boston Bruins. It was a back and forth game all night - filled with goals and mediocre goaltending from both teams.

Warren Foegele put the team on his back offensively. He scored two goals in 18:54 of total time on ice. He wasn't the only bright spot on this team however.
Corey Perry had himself a game as well. In 11:42 he was able to will the Oilers back into the game and score a goal in the third period - as part of their comeback.

It was such a unique effort - but that is the second time Perry has had a goal and a fight in the same game. He isn't the only Oilers player to ever do this. The last Oilers player to achieve this was Zack Kassian back in the 2018-19 season.
While the two players share a lot of characteristics - grit, tenacity and an ability to be a great pest to the opposition. Perry has a longer track record of being a top six forward in the NHL.
