The second game of this series at Crypto.com Arena between the Edmonton Oilers and Los Angeles Kings - and all is well thus far. However, the Kings have been asserting themselves on the game so far.

The Kings out-shot the Oilers 10-4 in the first period - and out hit the Oilers by a whopping 23-14 margin. This isn't the first hard-hitting affair in the series, however.

In Game one there was 110 hits combined, 113 in Game two and only 59 hits in Game three. Almost 300 hits between the two teams over the course of three games is absolutely bonkers.

Of the 23 hits that the Kings have thrown so far today, none were bigger than this one that Drew Doughty landed on Zach Hyman.

Hyman isn't an easy player to push around - and of course the same goes for the other player involved in this hit, Doughty. He certainly made his presence known with this hit.

Before tonight's game he only had three hits in the playoffs - he's already had two tonight.

With the bad blood between these two teams very evident, look for more physical play to occur between both squads.
