One fan in attendance at the Edmonton Oilers versus Calgary Flames game on Saturday heard what Corey Perry said to Evander Kane.

EDMONTON -- Hockey is a very emotional game.

That part is clear - from the excitement of scoring a goal, the frustration of losing, along with heated moments of rage that culminate in fisticuffs. For the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday night, there was some high emotions running through at least one of the players on the bench.
In a moment covered by everyone with an opinion (including myself) we saw Corey Perry slam the gate to the bench and very emphatically speak to Evander Kane. Kane responded - with a lot less emotion than how he was being spoken too.
The panel on Sportsnet also chimed in on what was being discussed in this moment. Kevin Bieksa - who used to be teammates with Perry - brought up that this conversation was more than likely about a play where Kane elected to throw the puck on net in the offensive zone, instead of continuing to cycle the puck behind the goal line. The puck bounced away from the net and found it's way careening out of the zone.
There is now a fan on Twitter who is claiming to have heard what exactly Perry said to Kane. This user commented on another fan's Tweet of the event.
This user - who's name may or may not be Braxton - heard Perry clearly say to Kane, "you (expletive) turned it over!" This user also mentioned in another Tweet that he saw Perry storm down the tunnel and then come back to the bench to "yell" at Kane.

If what he says is true, it certainly validates what Bieksa had to say on the panel. When fans ask for accountability, this is one way that it can (and should) manifest - from player to player.
Kane played a season low 9:54 in the game against the Flames. Before that night his lowest time on ice all season came on January 27th. He played 13:21 against the Nashville Predators.
