EDMONTON -- Round two picks up in Edmonton tonight.

After spending the opening two games on the road - the Edmonton Oilers will be pushing for their second win against the Vancouver Canucks tonight. Rogers Place will certainly be an exciting place to be.

The Oilers organization is making sure they make the event as fun as possible. In addition to all of the "Fan Fest" type event they have outside of Rogers Place every home playoff game - they have announced an Oilers alumni who will be there.

Zack Kassian will be there before the game starts - to sign autographs as part of the Tailgate Party from 6-7 PM Mountain time.

This appearance is extra special - as Kassian has played for both the Oilers and the Canucks. Having been a part of both organizations, and being such a fan favorite will surely make the line to get an autograph from him a long one.

Earlier this season he has announced his retirement - and then came out of retirement to play in Czechia for Sparta Praha. In eight games he recorded two goals and an assist.

Tonight's Mothers' Day game begins at 7:30 PM Mountain time.
