EDMONTON -- The post season may be in full swing, but there are impressive things about this past regular season that should be recognized.
Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid may not have won the Art Ross, Maurice Richard or the William Jennings Trophy - but the NHL is looking to highlight and celebrate the winners of these awards.

Auston Matthews, Nikita Kucherov and Connor Hellebuyck will be the focus of a half-hour special - that will premiere tomorrow on the NHL Network. Highlights will be shown in addition to exclusive interviews with all three players.
A familiar Oilers face will be co-hosting the event. Jason Demers and Kathryn Tappen will split the hosting duties for the NHL special.

Demers famously almost became a member of the Oilers back in 2016 - but eventually found his way onto the roster many years later via a professional tryout. While he hasn't announced his retirement officially, he has said that he's "95% retired."
After the show's premiere it will be made available on the NHL's Youtube channel. The show will premiere at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
