EDMONTON -- Like him, love him or hate him - Evander Kane is a gamer.

The Edmonton Oilers rivalry has come alive with Kane on the roster. He has a scoring touch combined with intense physicality that's tailor made for the playoffs.
Kane opened the scoring at 10:17 of the first period. His shot trickled in after a nice give-and-go play with Brett Kulak. It's only his second goal of the post season - but it's huge.

It's so huge in fact - that the Oilers have an incredible record in the playoffs when Kane scores.
The Oilers have nine wins to one loss every time Kane scores. That's a stellar record for a team to have when someone not named Connor McDavid or Leon Draisaitl scores.
Say what you will about his play during the regular season - especially when you take into consideration the sports hernia that he played through - he's dynamite in the post season.
