EDMONTON -- The Edmonton Oilers will play the St. Louis Blues tonight for the first time this season. They will have two more meetings with the Blues before the end of the year.

The Oilers are coming off of an 8-4 win over the Detroit Red Wings. Of course, that was a historic night for Connor McDavid. He notched his first ever six assist game as well as hit 600 career assists.

One of the highlights of the night was McDavid half-colliding/half-diving out of the way from Dylan Holloway - his teammate who kicked off the scoring in the third period that led to the eventual victory.

Judging from the lines at practice today, Holloway will be rewarded for his performance last game.

Evander Kane and Leon Draisaitl will be Holloway's line mates for tonight's game against the Blues. Last game against the Red Wings he skated for 13:30 - the most since returning from injury. He fired two shots on net and landed three hits in addition to his lone goal.
