EDMONTON -- It's safe to say a lot of people are looking forward to this.

"This" that I am referring to is the second round series between the Edmonton Oilers and their rivals to the west - the Vancouver Canucks. The teams have only met twice in the playoffs, but that isn't stopping the fans.

There are two clips that have already surfaced of Canucks fans chanting either "f*** the Oilers" or "f*** McDavid." This appears to be the tip of the iceberg in this rivalry.

Now restaurants are getting involved, but maybe not in the way that you would expect. A Boston Pizza is coming under fire for supporting the Oilers with their sign customized to say, "Bring the Cup Home. Let's Go Oilers."

The only catch - the Boston Pizza is question is located in Penticton, British Columbia.

One user took to Twitter to express their disappointment in this restaurant's decision to have this sign - and shared a screenshot of the conversation they had with said restaurant.

This feels like an incredibly toxic response to a rather harmless thing. If the roles were reversed and an Alberta establishment had a "Let's Go Canucks" sign in front of their restaurant, I'm sure there would certainly be a few displeased Oilers fans.

At the end of the day, it's just a game. It's meant to entertain and inspire - not provoke and antagonize. Let's all get along, shall we?
