Jets forwards Gabriel Vilardi and Sean Monahan each carry three-game points streaks into Chicago for a Friday night matchup.
Gabriel Vilardi, C/RW, WPG at CHI (36% rostered)
Sean Monahan, C, WPG at CHI (29% rostered)
Both Monahan, with five goals in three games, and Vilardi, eight points in three games, are red-hot. They're clicking on PP1, and Monahan has slotted in nicely as their No. 2 center. No question, the Jets should be able to generate offense against the Blackhawks, who have won 10 of 12 of their past matchups. Note they tend to be lower scoring games than you'd expect, so don't expect a blowout win. Both players can actually be holds for the rest of the season.
Casey Mittelstadt, C, BUF at CLB (25% rostered)
JJ Peterka, RW, BUF at CLB (20% rostered)
Just a hunch, but I fee like the Sabres-Jackets game will feature more than a few goals. Peterka played just 13:44 against the Habs -- I still have trouble figuring out Don Granato's deployment sometimes -- but with 14 shots during his four-game goal drought, I think it's time Peterka gets a bounce. The Sabres lean on their PP1 a lot, but note Peterka plays PP2 with the very underrated Mittelstadt, who could also be a good streaming option as well, only he doesn't shoot the puck nearly as much.
Nick Foligno, LW, CHI vs. WPG (13% rostered)
Philipp Kurashev, C, CHI vs. WPG (4% rostered)
If you're really short on options, don't forget about Connor Bedard's linemates. That's really the only reason they're fantasy-relevant, though Foligno can deliver some hits. Both players were held off the score sheet in their previous game, but they also both played over 22 minutes each.
Jack Roslovic, C, CLB vs. BUF (1% rostered)
Roslovic is generally a low-ceiling player in fantasy, but note he's on a four-game points streak playing right wing on the top line with Boone Jenner and Johnny Gaudreau. The trio led all Jackets lines in ice time and shot attempts Wednesday against the Ducks. The drawback with Roslovic is the lack of PP time; he's usually replaced by Kent Johnson but, occasionally, Roslovic finds his way out there.
