Nyquist, the Predators' streaky veteran winger, and Dorofeyev, who has diligently worked his way up the Golden Knights depth chart, are seeing their fantasy values climb.

On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy managers to stream or roster for the rest of the season. The recommended players and goalies can be used in standard fantasy leagues or for daily fantasy games.

Forwards

Stefan Noesen, LW/RW, NJ vs. NYI (28% rostered)

The best part of Noesen's fantasy value is skating PP1 with Jack Hughes and Nico Hischier, but at least when he's not scoring, he can throw his body around. He's ranked top-10 in the league in hits and adds some offensive pop, making him quite valuable in multi-category leagues.

Gustav Nyquist, NSH at CHI (21% rostered)

Nyquist was super streaky last season with a nine-game points streak and a 10-game points streak en route to a career season. Well, he might be back at it again with a point in consecutive games. We knew a regression was coming, but it's encouraging that Nyquist is finding the score sheet and has also registered at least a shot in every game so far this season.

Kyle Palmieri, RW, NYI at NJ (16% rostered)

The former Devil has pretty good career numbers against his former team with six goals and 16 points in 15 games. The Isles offense is struggling but I like Palmieri because he's playing PP1 and his line with Brock Nelson and Maxim Tsyplakov has been quite good. With no Anthony Duclair on the top line, I'd argue that Palmieri's line might be their most effective and consistent option.

Pavel Dorofeyev, LW, VEG vs. OTT (2% rostered)

Dorofeyev scored two points in his previous game and the Knights' second line has been very productive. Tomas Hertl is having a resurgent season, but the big value added is Dorofeyev's role on PP1. There might be plenty of power play opportunities in this game because the Sens were one of the most penalized teams last season, though they're middle of the pack so far this season.

Defensemen

Alex Vlasic, D, CHI vs. NSH (1% rostered)

Interesting development in the Hawks' last game with Vlasic taking some shifts with PP1 in place of Seth Jones. Vlasic finished with an even-strength assist and averaging 22 minutes per game.

Streaming defensemen for points (rather than blocks or hits) can be tricky because it's usually far more worthwhile to stream a forward instead, even one that plays in the bottom six. But, on a night with such a light slate, Vlasic might be worth looking into. I doubt he will take over the power play from Jones long term, but no doubt it gives Vlasic's fantasy value a boost.
